Create a Driver Account

By signing up to use the TriYum platform as a driver, you acknowledge that a background check is required as part of the onboarding and eligibility process.

Approved drivers are responsible for a $5 monthly platform service fee for continued access to driver features and available delivery opportunities through the TriYum platform. As an introductory offer, the first month is free.

Drivers who use the TriYum platform are not employees of TriYum. Nothing about signing up for, accessing, or using the TriYum platform creates an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or other employment relationship between TriYum and the driver.

TriYum provides a technology platform that allows drivers to review available delivery opportunities. Drivers can determine which available delivery opportunities they choose to accept, subject to the TriYum Driver Terms & Conditions and applicable platform requirements.

  • How much does TriYum cost for restaurants?

    Restaurants receive their first 100 qualifying orders with no monthly platform fee. After that, a monthly fee applies based on order volume: $200/mo for 0–500 orders, $400/mo for 501–1,000 orders, and $600/mo for 1,001–1,500 orders.

  • Does TriYum charge restaurants per order?

    No — after the first 100 qualifying orders, TriYum charges a flat monthly platform fee based on your order volume tier, not a per-order commission. Any payment-processing or other transaction-based charges should be disclosed separately.

  • Does it cost anything to create a driver account?

    There is no purchase required to apply. Any application, background-check, equipment, or platform costs will be disclosed to drivers before they are required.

  • How are drivers paid?

    Driver earnings and applicable payout details are provided through the platform, including the approved payout schedule and any deductions.

  • What fees do customers pay?

    Applicable charges are displayed before checkout and may include menu costs, taxes, a delivery fee, a service fee, and an optional driver tip.

  • Can pricing vary by restaurant or delivery location?

    Yes. Menu prices, delivery costs, taxes, availability, and other applicable charges may vary by restaurant and location.
